DasHaus Roosevelt is a simple, clean project. Two blocks are linked at the pedestrian level by a translucent gallery that does not interrupt the visuals and relates the parts. The large openings happen to be on the east and west, park and lake sides, where large glazed surfaces are controlled by light adjustable parasols.

Carefully designed gardens run naturally between the two buildings completing a solid and serene image integrating into its surroundings.

He is currently active in projects and initiatives in Brazil and Uruguay in the sectors of financing, real estate and agriculture, and has 25 years of international experience in structured finance. He directed several teams for the ING group, structuring and originating transactions in different locations. Until the end of 2013, he was responsible for the activities of ING Bank in Brazil and Argentina, and was in charge of the structured financing activity of ING in Latin America. During his mandate in Brazil, he was part of the board of directors of the association of international banks of Brazil and was president of the Chamber of Commerce of the Netherlands in Brazil. Thomas graduated as Diplomkaufmann (MBA level) at the University of Hamburg, Germany, and is a fund manager accredited by the Brazilian CVM.
