DasHaus Roosevelt is a simple, clean project. Two blocks are linked at the pedestrian level by a translucent gallery that does not interrupt the visuals and relates the parts. The large openings happen to be on the east and west, park and lake sides, where large glazed surfaces are controlled by light adjustable parasols.
Carefully designed gardens run naturally between the two buildings completing a solid and serene image integrating into its surroundings.
living and enjoying between park and lake.

Lake and park are background scenery for the top floor social areas.

Both blocks offer barbecue areas for the use of residents, a gourmet room, and a gym on the roof.
